Methodology

Phase I – Planning and Initiation

    Gather information required to determine customer’s business, application, and technology needs
    Establish project controls and set expectations with project team; identify sponsors and stakeholders;        communicate roles
    Develop high-level project plan and set expectations
    Project Kickoff

Phase II – Analyze and Design

    Prepare infrastructure; install PeopleSoft application.
    Review functionality of the base application with customer business requirements and processes to
       identify gaps
    Verify requirements for identified customizations including reports, interfaces, and conversion        programs
    Finalize detail project plan
    Design specifications for identified customization, reports, interfaces and conversion programs
    Complete base configuration

Phase III – Configure and Develop

    Develop customization, reports, interfaces and conversion programs
    Confirm new functionality is line with business processes
    Configuration and unit testing
